Virtual Home Buying

Virtual Home Buying

Although we prefer to meet you in person, we understand sometimes that this is not always possible.  If you are unable to tour homes or make appointments due to your job schedule or because you are located out-of-state, we want to ensure you that we have tools available to help buyers purchase their homes virtually.

1) Virtual Consultations

We can schedule an online appointment with you so we can still speak face-to-face and learn what your individual needs are. In addition, we have a full PDF version of our buyer packet we can email you.

2) Custom Online Home Searches

We will set you up with a custom home search that matches your specific criteria and allows you to select which homes are your favorites. This custom online home search will email you as soon as a new home with your specific needs hits the market or has a price change!

3) Video Property Tours

We can take virtual video tours of homes on your favorites list. These tours can be in real-time or can be emailed to you to view at your earliest convenience. The benefit of video tours is it allows you to see the home beyond what you see in professional photos. For example, the tour can show you what the neighborhood looks like, help you identify if the home is on a busy road, and assist you with seeing potential repairs or unique features not presented in the MLS listing.

4) Electronic Signatures

You can conveniently sign all necessary forms electronically from either your home computer or mobile device.

5) Earnest Money Delivery

Your earnest money funds can be securely wired to the title company directly or you may drop a personal check in the mail.

6) Home Inspections

A quality home inspector will send a detailed and thorough inspection report with photos so you will get a great picture of the condition of the home. We have a list of some amazing inspectors we can recommend, but if you are interviewing them yourself be sure to ask for a sample report so you can get an idea of how in-depth the inspector will be.

7) Closing

If you cannot sign at the title company, we can arrange for a mobile notary to bring your closing documents to you and you can sign from home. Depending on the type of loan you have or if you are purchasing with cash some closings can happen completely electronically as well.
