The Lifestyle

A RECREATION PARADISE

When it comes to local attractions and things to do in Boise the list is never-ending. Boise is a recreation paradise. If you love the outdoors and enjoy spending time among rivers, mountains, canyons, deserts and lakes Boise is for you. These activities are located all within a 1-hour drive of the city. Our favorite, the Boise River Greenbelt, a trail along the banks of the river is right in the heart of the city.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

When it comes to local attractions and things to
do in Boise the list is never-ending. Some of our
favorite attractions include the Boise Philharmonic,

Boise River Greenbelt, Old Idaho Penitentiary,
Boise Farmer's Market and Zoo Boise.

The Food Scene

A CULINARY HOT SPOT

Boise is booming with amazing restaurants with even better menus. Eighth Street has become Boise’s “unofficial restaurant row.” From thriving cafes to outdoor patio dining, the restaurants offer a large variety of cultural influences including American, Indian, Basque, and Chinese.

Some of the local spots include Red Feather Lounge, Fork, Juniper, The Wylder, and Tasso. Make sure to check out the local breweries and wineries.

Our favorites are Bardenay, Westside Drive-In (featured on the Food Network's Diners, Drive-In's & Dives), Stagecoach Inn, and Boise Fry Company.
