Before we begin looking at homes, we'll want to narrow down the areas that interest you most. We're not in the business simply to sell homes. We're in the business to make sure you love where you live and that includes both your house and the neighborhood it's located in. We'll ask you what you're looking for, what your interests are and teach you the similarities and differences between all the neighborhoods and areas.
Before finding a home and falling in love with it, we'll want to make sure you're preapproved. Regardless of how you plan on paying for your new home, whether it be in cash or by taking out a loan, we'll discuss your budget and understand what your price range is.
We'll set up a custom MLS search so you can begin filtering through homes and choose ones that spark your interest. Then we'll begin to view homes and neighborhoods to get a better feel of what area and style suits you best. During this time we will narrow down your options to find "the one"!
Out of State? Don't worry, we'll preview the homes on your favorites list and can even do home tours for you either through video or FaceTime.
Once you have found the home of your dreams, we will present an offer to the sellers on your behalf. This is when our negotiating skills are key. Whether it is a multiple offer scenario, a bank-owned property, or complicated land acquisition, we will use our experience to help you stand out among other buyers while still keeping you within your budget.
Once you have the property under contract, you will be introduced to our transaction coordinator. The coordinator will work closely with your agent, lender, and the title company to ensure your closing goes as smoothly and as stress-free as possible.
Our team will walk you through every step including scheduling the home inspection, ordering the title commitment, making sure deadlines are met, and setting up the closing appointments. We are also a great resource for you if need temporary housing or vendor recommendations during the moving process.
Once you've closed on the home and the keys are in your hands, the house is officially yours. Congratulations! Now it's time to really make it feel like home by moving in.
