Before moving forward we will make the commitment to being partners in this process. There will be times when we turn to you, as the previous homeowner, for additional information and insight on the home and there will certainly be many times you turn to us for a little extra support and guidance. Selling a home can be more challenging than you think but you can rest easy knowing we'll be do all the heavy lifting. When we're on the same page and work as a team, we both win.
Once we've decided on a price and are ready to get rolling, we'll send you all the listing documents for signing. We'll then set up a staging consultation if necessary and send our professional photographer to your home to take images and drone shots. First impressions are everything so we'll make sure to show your home in the best possible light. During this stage, we will have you compile a list of utility information, features, and of all the reasons you love your home. Your homes best features will appeal to potential buyers too, so sharing those with us is crucial! After all, you know the home better than anyone else.
Now its time to market your home like crazy. Your home will receive 4x more exposure with our marketing strategy compared to conventional marketing methods. We handle ALL showing requests so you only have to deal with our staff when setting up appointments. We make sure the time agents are stopping by your home works for you and provide you feedback on what potential buyers are saying. The feedback lets us know if there are any adjustments we need to make to make your home even more desirable.
Once your property is under contract, you will be introduced to our transaction coordinator. The coordinator will work closely with your agent, the buyer’s agent, the buyer’s lender, and the title company to ensure your closing goes as smoothly and as stress-free as possible.
Our team will walk you through every step including scheduling the home inspection, ordering the title commitment, making sure deadlines are met, and setting up the closing appointments. We are also a great resource for you if need vendor recommendations for home repairs, cleaners, 1031 exchange companies, or movers.
